How To Apply


Step 1

Select your placement type and project location

The first step in your journey is simply deciding which course you would like to join. You can choose from:

Please note; We recommend students who join us for Project Kilimanjaro stay for at least 2 weeks, whereas Project London is only available as a 1 week placement. 


Step 2

Complete the online application form

All applications must be completed via our website. There are several buttons labeled "Apply Now" across the website and there is also an "Apply Now" button at the top of every page in the main menu bar.

The application form takes less than two minutes to complete! It will require you to fill in your personal details e.g. your name, date of birth and school and will then go on to ask you which placement you have selected and your desired dates.


Step 3

Secure your place with your £290 registration fee

Once you have completed your application form you must commit your £290 registration fee to secure your place. Once your registration fee is processed we can then confirm your placement with us and begin the on-boarding process to your Medical Project.


Step 4

Confirmation email

Once your registration fee is processed you will receive a confirmation email from the Medical Projects team within 24 hours. Please keep this email for future reference as it may contain important information about your placement start dates and project location.


Step 5

Welcome call

Once you have registered and secured your place, you will be assigned a personal Student Advisor who will be your point of contact until your placement is complete. You will receive a welcome call in which your Student Advisor will introduce themselves and confirm all of your details. You will then have their contact details and any questions past this point can be answered directly by your personal Student Advisor.
