Step 1

Select your placement and project location

The first step in your journey is simply deciding which course you would like to join. You can choose from:

Complete your application form

We recommend students who join us at  Project Kilimanjaro to stay for at least 2 weeks.  

Our Project London is only available as a 1 week placement. 

Step 3

Complete online application form

All applications must be completed via our website. There are several buttons labeled "Apply Now" across the website. There is also an "Apply Now" button at the top of every page. The application form takes less than two minutes to complete! It will require you to fill in your personal details e.g. your name, date of birth and school. It will also ask you which placement you have selected and your desired dates.

Step 4

Register your £290 registration fee

Once you have completed your application form you must register your £290 registration fee to secure your place. Once your registration fee is processed we can then confirm your placement with us. 

Step 5

Confirmation email

Once your registration fee is processed you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Please keep this email as it may contain important information about your placement start dates and project location.

Step 6

Welcome call

You will be assigned a personal Student Advisor who will be your point of contact until your placement is complete. You will receive a welcome call where your Student Advisor will introduce themselves and confirm all your details. You will have their contact details and any questions past this point can be answered by your personal Student Advisor.
