There is a lot of preparation needed to make sure you get the most out of your project, and some forms we will need you to compete before travelling with us. Please read through the Essential Information Page before you book any flights or make any further arrangements. The pack contains information regarding flight times, visa information, vaccinations etc.

Arrival and Departure

If you are not travelling by train or plane, and you plan to just meet us at the station or airport, please e-mail your Student Advisor these details as soon as possible.
Before you book your flights/trains please check that your arrival and departure times are within our travel windows. Please check your flights with your student advisor before booking if you are unsure.
We recommend having your travel itinerary to hand when submitting your information.

This is a checklist of all the information you will need before completing your Information Form which must to be completed up to 45 days before you travel.
Please read the following details before completing your information form. If you have any queries, please ask your student advisor before you begin the form. For more information of each of these point please see: Student Information Page
Visa (If applicable)
The form will ask you to enter any visa information which applies to you. Please research visa requirements if you are travelling on a non-British passport. If you are not sure, please visit your nearest embassy, or contact your student advisor. If a visa is required you must apply for this early enough to ensure you receive your granted visa in time.
The form will ask you for information of any current or past health issues, allergies, medications and nutrition information so please have this information ready. If you are under 18 your parent or guardian must complete this section of the form.
Please also make an appointment with your GP to discuss your vaccinations and anti-malarials.
Emergency Contact Details
To complete the form you will need to enter the name, contact number, your relationship to, and the email address of your parent or guardian who you would like to use as your emergency contact.
Passport & Profile Picture
The form will ask you to upload a scanned copy of your passport and a passport-style profile picture.
The passport image must be of your information page. If you have an image of your visa please email this to your Student Advisor separately. If you think you will have any issues with this please e-mail your Student Advisor before completing the form.
The passport-style profile picture will be used on your ID badge, so please ensure the image is appropriate.
Insurance Company and Policy Details (If applicable)
The form will ask you to enter your insurance information (if applicable). You must be medically covered to join our placement so please ource suitable travel insurance. Further details can be found on the student information page.
The form will ask you to enter the insurance company name, your policy number and the 24 hour medical emergency contact number.
Once you have collected these details, please click "Submit Information Form" to enter your information.
Please be aware you will need to complete all sections at once so ensure you have all of your information to hand when completing.
Students are required to take a set of scrubs to their placement. We will take your scrubs to London with us for you to collect on arrival. A set of Medical Projects scrubs can be purchased here:
